A lovely food spread for a teen turning 16! At the end of the night she said, "All my Pinterest dreams came true tonight!" I used her Pinterest board to shape the menu with lots of desserts including chocolate dipped pretzel rods, cake pops, chocolate dipped strawberries, mini trifles and cupcakes. I wanted the menu to be very teen friendly with pizza rolls, sandwiches, homemade pretzel bites, mini roasted potato bites (which were a big hit!) and a beautiful fresh fruit tray.
